That's fair I suppose, the only Amarr Navy Fleet Commander insignia that I've been able ot establish the existence of is in Entity's collection - it was a very rare drop off of a quire rare level 4 Sansha's nation mission against amarr navy back in 2006, when doing lvl4's what a good bit harder.
Though I did manage to find a couple of interesting things Entity was missing from his collection that I'd hoped to trade him for it... I think he's annoyed with me now 
I was still holding out hope I'd find it today, was all I was missing...

Haha, just saw the new list
Well, it's been a fun couple of days, but the new items are significantly harder to find, and you lied about the hardest item (amarr navy fleet commander insig) being removed, so that's it for me

The amarr navy commander insignia dropped from lvl4 sanshas blockade and storyline missions... back in 2005/2006 and rarely at that. So far found only 1 person who owns one, and no idea how they got it; none of the collectors I've contacted have any.

Lol, didn't want to have to type over the whole list, and couldn't group select... this seemed like the solution
updated list, the Bright Spodumain is being gathered, and has to be moved to its compression rorqual and back into empire now... I hate hauling things around 0.0

Incidentally, anyone who wasn't in EVE in the first half of 2004 might not know what the liver bile and epidermis sliver are, here's the info:
May and June
There were 5 types of body parts, so far as I can determine in order of rarity (ty Digital Communist):
Epidermis Sliver
Bone Splinter
Liver Bile
Cerebral Slice
Blood Drop
A final type of piece was also seeded, the 'complex fullerene shard', which was not used for anything (So I understand, there are a few singular individuals that hold stacks of these, and have accumulated essentially the entire available supply over past 5 years).
Previously the scavenger hunt required a 'Fouritan Voucher', this was one of three types of vouchers (Autrech and Blaque being the others) which were used in the Gallente Election cycle, which sort of petered out over the last 4 years.
Gallente elections - hint: Foiritan won
This event was supposed to culminate in the handing out of 5 unique "Navy Dominix's"... that never happened either.
I'm up in the air over which are harder to find, it's a question of who you have to talk to

It's quite amazing what you can get your hands on when you set off on an expedition like this. I've even found a couple of items that Entity doesn't own, which to me seems quite something tbh
